the ip settings and dns settings are set to automatic, the adapter recognizes the wireless signal but wont actually connect, when testing it on the xbox360 we get the %26quot;theres a problem with your connection, select more info for a description of the problem and how you can fix it%26quot; message. we thought that changing the network settings on the laptop to share the wireless with it we get the %26quot;an error occurred while internet connection sharing was being enabled, internet connection sharing cannot be enabled. a LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP addressing' .....we need help
Help with xbox360 wireless adapter?
Your wireless router is the issue. You need to reset it and make sure that it is handing our IP automatically. Reset it then restart everything.
