Why won't my laptop connect to Internet via bt he hub?

Basically my laptop either says limited connection or says it connected but no Internet loads! When I run diagnose it says that dns is working properly? I am able to connect on my iPhone but not laptop! I have tried changing settings on home hub but nothing works. My xbox also says tht my NAT is on strict, how to I change it?
