How do i change the settings on my wireless router so that it automatically finds and selects the DNS server?

I just moved but my router keeps selecting the old DNS server and I can%26#039;t figure out how to get it to detect the new server automatically.|||Well each router%26#039;s interface is unique so I can%26#039;t give you specific instructions for your router without knowing which kind it is.

Not all internet connections are good about assigning the appropriate DNS entries via DHCP. If you happen to know the correct DNS servers, you should be safe to specify them manually inside the router%26#039;s interface. If you do not know your ISP%26#039;s DNS servers, you could use OpenDNS%26#039;s servers. They%26#039;re free DNS servers that work with practically any ISP. Some router companies use them by default.

The OpenDNS servers are:

208.67.222.222

208.67.220.220

You can find more info about this at http://www.opendns.com/|||But is your Internet connection working? If you are using the same ISP, the DNS server IPs may not change.|||At least give us the manufacturers name and model number of the router. There are more than a few different models, and not all have the same abilities
